I selected this hotel for a business forum, and I found the location to be excellent. Guests needing to get down to work will love being convenient to tons of businesses and government buildings. The facilities were well-maintained, and the staff was responsive to my needs, making my stay comfortable and productive.

The one service that would have enhanced my work experience is if the hotel provided a business center or dedicated workspaces for guests needing to attend to work-related tasks.

Had a really nice stay on a Friday or Saturday of my trip. The location was unbeatable, just next door to Skydeck Chicago.- The restaurant served very nice British food for every budget.

The hotel offered an amazing array of amenities like free printing and multiple business center spaces, free filtered water, yoga mat in the room, and a central Loop location. The staff was incredibly helpful and the room, although small, was clean with a nice bathroom. The included breakfast at the nearby bar was tasty and the on-site restaurant was excellent. The filtered water machines on every floor were a super convenient and thoughtful touch.

I ate at a really nice restaurant with good food. Finger food and fruit were served in the roof top bar.

The staff was friendly and the gym and restaurant were great additions. The hotel's proximity to landmarks like the Willis Tower and Millennium Park provided excellent opportunities for family bonding. The relaxation facilities added to our enjoyment.
