Great location! Loved the quick elevator and complimentary bottled water on each floor. The gym actually looked like the pictures, and my bed was super comfy!
But really, the room felt like a cozy prison cell—who doesn’t love being unable to breathe fresh air? And don't get me started on the HVAC—sounded like a jet taking off!

The location was more prime than a piece of aged steak, with all the major attractions just a short stroll away. The room was cozy and modern, and I felt like a true urban adventurer every time I stepped out. Plus, the complimentary water stations were a game-changer. hydration level? Off the charts!

The Superior Queen room was well organized and pretty comfy, especially after the marathon. I loved the lower step in the shower since my legs were tired. Temperature control was spot on, and the space was perfect for relaxing. The only downside was the thin walls, so I could hear some noise from the hallway now and then.

Great central location but room could use updates
I enjoyed my stay, especially the great location which allowed me easy access to Chicago's attractions. The staff was incredibly helpful and responsive, particularly with accommodating my room change request. However, the room itself felt outdated and could benefit from a refresh to enhance overall comfort.

would definitely return here

Fitness center access was nice. The location made it easy to explore attractions. Water stations for filling up bottles were super handy!

i had a peaceful break at this hotel, which far exceeded my expectations compared to other stays in chicago. the location was fantastic, making it easy to explore the theatre district and nearby parks. the room was spacious and clean, with a mini fridge and microwave that were super convenient.
the heater in the room was inconsistent.

missingWrote a review on Oct 29convenient locationdecent sizelacking amenities
The location has convenience oozing from every corner with easy access to public transit and local attractions. Rooms boast a decent size, making them suitable for solo adventurers or couples entangled in city explorations.
The room lacks a refrigerator and microwave, which feels like a miss given the overnight rates and hefty parking fees. The bathroom design leans towards the budget end, featuring a simple sink and flimsy shower curtains. Wouldn’t expect to see the dust build-up on the carpets or the thermostat that struggles to keep temperatures comfortable, but that’s what you get with a single heating system across a building. Plus, the parking situation might catch you off guard because it’s not as validated as you’d hope, which could lead to a frustrating surprise on check-out day.

Comfortable room setup with solid mattress support made for good sleep. Proximity to key attractions simplifies navigating the city. A corner location offers a unique view from the window.
Encountered some inconsistencies with the maintenance of the living space. worn carpeting suggested a need for an update. The noise from adjacent rooms felt more intrusive than expected, particularly during late hours, prompting me to consider earplugs for a peaceful night.

Decent stay overall, but there were some hiccups. The location is great, making it easy to explore nearby attractions like the Chicago Board of Trade Building and Millennium Park. My room, however, was a bit on the smaller side, and the bedding showed signs of wear. The staff was accommodating when I had issues with housekeeping, but I had to request service. I appreciated the high-speed internet, which was useful for my work as a solo traveler during my 4-night stay.

My room was comfortable for a short stay, enhancing the overall experience. for the price, I expected a more luxurious atmosphere. instead, it felt quite basic and the photos were somewhat misleading in depicting the hotel’s features.
